The Chemcoaters Cleaning Process consists of two (2) 34-foot long high
pressure alkaline (non-phosphate) cleaners. Sandwiched in between the cleaners is a 4 stage rotary brushing unit. This brush unit has two (2) top and two
(2) bottom brushes. Chemcoaters has several variations of brushes that can be matched to provide mild to aggressive cleaning and can match the desired surface appearance required by you or your customer.
The Chemcoaters Cleaning Process
finishes with a 2-stage Hot Water Rinse,
a chrome-free chemtreat applicator (if needed) and a Hot Air Dryer.
Depending on the severity of the dirt,
smut and defects, Chemcoaters has
been known to reclaim secondary material and convert it back to prime material. |
